Noosa Come Together 2023, the festival now in its 7th year is growing strongly from its small beginnings. In 2016 a group of enthusiasts joined together to raise funds to ensure that the “Sailability” sailing program for children and people with disabilities would continue on the Noosa River. The inaugural event raised $10,720, which ensured the continuation of the programme for another year. In 2021, the event raised $25,000. The combined proceeds of the event were donated to Sailability for the 2023 Disability Sailing program, plus Riding for the Disabled and the Disability Surfing Association.
